Terms & Conditions for the monthly Free Flight contest brought to you by A C Express & Mountain Echo.

Contest is for a Scenic Aerial Tour/Introductory Flight Lesson. This is a 20-minute flight around the Morgantown and surrounding areas. Flights will be limited to these areas.
Certificates must be redeemed within six months after contest date.
One adult passenger, two children, one child and one adult may accompany contest winner during the flight.
All flights must be scheduled with A C Express' office during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All cancellations must be made two days in advance, and any scheduled appointment not met will forfeit winning contestants privileges. All rescheduled flights must be must be scheduled with A C Express' office directly.
Contestant will be required to sign a written Liability waiver prior to the flight.
Only one entry per e-mail address will be accepted.
Contestant must enter a valid e-mail address to receive winning notification.
Contestant must enter a valid phone number for verification purposes.
Prize holds no monetary value and can not be redeemed for cash or other services.
Prize can not be used as promotional material for any third party other than A C Express and Mountain Echo.
Location of the "little blue airplane" may not be posted in any form on any newsgroup, chat room, message board or personal web page.
Mountain Echo & A C Express reserve the right to reject any entry we deem obtained under false pretences.
